Pre-Order Bundles & Specialty Cuts

Some things are worth planning ahead for. Whole trimmed briskets, holiday hams and turkeys, custom cut orders, and our family bundles are all available by pre-order — just give us a call or send an email and we’ll have it ready when you need it.

When you reach out, let us know:

• What you’d like (cut, bundle, or special item)

• How much you need

• The date you’d like to pick it up

Good to Know Ahead Of

• Holiday hams and turkeys (Thanksgiving & Christmas): call or email at least 2 weeks ahead — earlier is better as the holidays get close.

• Whole briskets, specialty or bulk cuts: 1-2 days’ notice is usually enough.

• Family bundles: often available same-week, but a heads-up helps us make sure everything’s ready when you arrive.

Pickup

Pre-orders are ready for pickup at Herman’s Meat & Smokehouse during regular Meat Shop hours, Tuesday through Saturday. We’ll confirm your pickup date and time when you place your order.
